Delivery is FREE for All Orders Over £40
For orders below the £40 threshold, delivery will cost £3.90
We keep you informed all the time:
Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with all the information, including your Tracking Number, Carrier Name and the link where you can track your order.
We are using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 for small orders and DPD,UPS,Hermes or ParcelForce couriers for big and bulk orders (depending on size, value and delivery location).
Where an item is showing as In Stock Now, the product(s) will usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 14:00 (Monday to Friday). If ordered after 14:00, the item(s) will be dispatched the following working day.
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock within five (5) working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
The following areas are subject to extended lead times:
- Scottish Highlands & Scottish Isles
- Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Wight
- Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
Please note that during particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our carrier may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday.
Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-4pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
